We brewed our first beer, Monster Mash, in December of 2007. In January 2008 we brewed Two Blind Monks. Our beers were first sold in February of 2008. Many people told Brian he was crazy for starting with a 10% ABV, 100 IBU Russian Imperial Stout and a 7% Belgian Dubbel.

In 2008 we added Abbey Brown to the mix. In the summer of 2009 we brought out Double BW. In 2010 we started playing with Jack Daniels barrels. We mixed Abbey Brown, Jack Daniels barrels and Madagascar Vanilla Beans to create Wooden Beanie.

We have many more beers to come!
