Double BW (A 4.2% Belgian Wheatbeer with Lemongrass)
5/24/11 The first of a Double Batch was brewed today. 550 gal of beer in the fermenter. We will brew another 550 gal tomorrow. Then 21 days and we have beer!
5/13/11 The Grain, Hops and Yeast are in. The Lemongrass is ordered and will be in Monday afternoon. We will be brewing a double batch of Double BW on Monday & Tuesday May 23rd & 24th. After that, about 21 days in the fermenter and we will be ready to Bottle & Keg.
